Daphne Smolka is a Patient Educator and Awareness ambassador for the IPPF. Daphne was diagnosed with pemphigus vulgaris in 2014 after a year of being misdiagnosed in 2013. Daphne works as a consultant in Customer Service. She graduated from George Washington University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She also earned a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University in 1997. Daphne lives in South Florida.
